"Bacon", Avocado, Tomato (BAT) ciabatta
Ingredients
- Gluten free ciabattas (bake at home)
- mayonaise (egg free variety is yummy, and hardly any sugars :-)
- avocado
- cherry tomatoes
- sliced smoked tofu
- radish (optional)
- lettuce (any kind - optional)
Preparation
Lightly fry smoked tofu. If you have a good non stick pan, no oil is required, but otherwise a little oil (I'd use coconut or sunflower or similar), Bake ciabatta in oven, spread mayonaise, and layer the toppings. Then... enjoy :-)
