Introduction to Vegetarian for Meatlovers
Do you like the idea of eating vegetarian more often, but need a little inspiration? Or love meat, but feel it might be time to cut down on your intake? Is your experience of vegetarian food and 'meat replacements' coloured by words like dull, unsatisfying, and tasteless? Or do you simply feel your repertoire of tasty vegetarian dishes is limited and requires lots of high cholesterol cheese to be tasty? Well there is light at the end of the tunnel!
The recipes on this site are all selected to delight the senses, and I guarentee they will satisfy both voracious meatlovers and die-hard vegetarians! I take inspiration from many traditional dishes from around the world, so the recipes chosen feature new taste sensations, and also delicious versions of your favourite 'comfort' foods. They are balanced and designed to provide you with all the vitamins and minerals you need. Enjoy trying the recipes out, and hopefully you will soon agree that there really is no need to sacrifice eating enjoyment when eating vegetarian cuisine!! :-)
See also Why eat vegetarian? for more information on the subject, Tips and Links for shopping tips etc... and About for more info on my motivation in setting up the site. Please take a few moments to provide some feedback or tips.
